We are planning for it to be the first of its kind on the island with respect to sustainability whilst at the same time maintaining a high level of luxury.  Here is a bit of info about what we’re doing.

The Development

Comprising 21 luxury villas, a 365 day fruit & vegetable garden, gym and an abundance of open space to wander, the secure gated development will sit on 4.5 acres of land situated a short walk from the pristine beaches of the west coast. The Villas

Each detached luxury villa arranged over 1,800 square feet of covered space, will offer three generously proportioned double bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. (We also have a limited number of 4 bedroom options available offering approx 2,200 sq ft of covered space.) You will enjoy 1,000 sq ft of dedicated exterior space where entertaining will flow seamlessly from within the villa to the covered dining area and on to the deck featuring a 14ft swimming pool (20ft pool for the 4 bedroom villas).

Running Costs

Each home will produce the majority of its power from the sun by way of solar and photovoltaic panels.  In addition, there will be rainwater catchment which will be used for irrigation and other non-potable requirements.  The fruit and vegetable garden will provide residents with fresh produce year round.  All of this will contribute to the reduction of costs for our residents who will enjoy notable savings every year.

An Opportunity

The villas will predominantly be 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms at a price of USD$925,000 and 4 bedroom/4 bathroom options at USD$1,200,000.  These prices are for a limited time until we start construction.  Several units have already been reserved.

Timeline

Planned completion of the build is the end of 2022 / start of 2023 if we start construction as planned.  We will be building all of the units in one go so no one will have to live on a construction site and the entire process should take 15-18 months.
