This property is located in a well-established neighborhood and is 5 minutes away from the airport.

The main entry is to the left of the property, where you enter into an open-plan living and dining room on your left. To the right is the kitchen area, which has a breakfast table and ample counter space. There is a powder room to the left of the kitchen, followed by the laundry area, which has a tub, washer, dryer, and ironing board. There’s a seating area where you can have something to nibble on as you do the laundry.

Upstairs on the landing, to the left, Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with a tub and built-in closets.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and built-in closets, AC units and a bathroom with shower.

You can either walk around the side of the property to get access to the pool area or there’s access door in the middle of the living and dining room that leads on to the patio. There’s a covered patio, then there’s the open deck with the pool. The deck is quite large and has seating and lounge chairs on the outside.
