It is designed so that vehicular noise is minimal once the front door is closed. The patio is quite inviting with a view of the lush garden of the villa opposite.
There is an inviting open plan living, dining and kitchen area which open out to a rear courtyard. The kitchen is fully outfitted and a stackable washer/dryer is neatly tucked away.
